How it works
The project consultant is a dedicated member of the Reev customer service team who understands the unique scope of your project and can provide support throughout your renovation journey.
1. Project kick-off meeting and welcome
Once your proposal is accepted, you will have a 30-minute video call with your project consultant to discuss the scope of the project, highlight any potential details and clarifications, and discuss the timeline.
Before you begin, you will have a 30-minute video call with your advisor to review best practices and ensure that you are ready for a successful renovation.
3. General support
Your consultant will be in continuous communication and collaboration with you to resolve any obstacles in the course of the project.
